Gavin Suss was born in South Africa, and immigrated to Israel with his family at the age of 9. He has a Ph.D. in
Education and Management from Tel Aviv University and he graduated the executive managers program at Harvard Business School. He engages in the fields of education, innovation, personal development and empowerment of people. For years he served as the academic director at the acclaimed Design and Engineering College Shenkar. He was elected as executive director of the High Committee of Public Colleges in 2006, and served as a Director of the Central Archive for the History of the Jewish People. Served as VP Corporate for a decade at Keter Plastic. Today he is Dean of the School of Design and Innovation at the College of Management and lectures worldwide. He conducts workshops on creativity and innovation for the leading firms. likewise he conducts research and recently published his second book "its all about creativity"
