In a changing world, human capital has become of even more cardinal importance, and there is a growing recognition that more and more of the market value of firms rests on their human capital. Therefore, investing in human capital will have a dramatic return to the investor/organization. We invest in your human capital using education and unique training methods.

A Few Words

After years of experience in Israel (as head of the e-Vision program), publishing research papers, visiting Innovation centers, and lecturing around the world, the lectures and workshops offered here will get you "out of the box".

Creativity allows individuals to think outside the box, challenge assumptions, and come up with innovative solutions to complex problems. In today's rapidly changing business environment, the ability to innovate and adapt is crucial for companies to stay ahead of the competition and meet evolving customer needs.

Creative thinking fosters a culture of continuous improvement within an organization. Employees and managers who are encouraged to be creative are more likely to identify areas for improvement, propose new ideas, and find ways to streamline processes, enhance products or services, and increase efficiency.
